What will your booth have? *

PERMITS AND LICENSING *

MERCHANDISE VENDORS: I am not selling any food or beverage and understand that I am not required to get a permit to sell on festival grounds.
FOOD VENDORS: I am selling food and or beverages and I understand that I MUST have any and all licenses, permits, fire code inspections, health code inspections, etc completed prior to August 15th as well as have these certificates visible for morning inspections or I will be turned away.

TERMS *

ORGANIZATION OR NON PROFIT: I will not be selling any merchandise
MERCHANDISE VENDOR AGREES: to sell only items provided in the above description
FOOD VENDOR AGREES to have their UP-TO-DATE FIRE AND HEALTH INSPECTION CERTIFICATES ON SITE (these should also be emailed to info@lorainprfest.com prior to August 15th for our records)

ARRIVAL *

FOOD VENDOR agrees to be ONSITE AT OR BEFORE 10:00AM for FIRE AND HEALTH INSPECTORS. Food Vendor agrees and understands that they will be turned away if they arrive after 10:00am and there will be NO REFUND in this case.
MERCHANDISE VENDOR, ORGANIZATIONS, or NON PROFIT agrees to be on site no later than 11:00AM as it will be very hard to get your vehicle into the festival area after this time to unload your merchandise.

NOISE *

Vendor agrees not to play any loud music or create noise while on event premises

EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES *

Vendor is responsible for bringing all their own equipment, including but not limited to tent, tables, chairs, cash registers, signage, or any and all other materials needed to provide the service

STAFF *

Vendor agrees that all staff/employees shall be clothed and groomed in a clean, neat fashion

DURATION *

Vendor agrees to keep booth open from Festival start time 2:00pm until Festival end time 8:00pm

PRICING OF MERCHANDISE, FOOD, & BEVERAGES *

Vendor agrees to provide a display visible to customers with prices of available items

CLEAN ENVIORNMENT *

Vendor understands that they are responsible for the collection and disposal of all waste at their designated location. All items belonging to vendor shall be removed by the end of the event date & time

VACATING PREMISES *

Vendor agrees to be packed and out of the event premises no later than 1 hour after the event

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT *

I understand that by checking this box I am consenting to being contacted by a member of the Lorain Puerto Rican Festival Committee in regards to becoming a vendor for the 4th Annual Puerto Rican Day Festival on Saturday August 15, 2026

WAIVER OF LIABILITY *

Vendor must sign a Waiver of Liability to hold PACE Foundation, Puerto Rican Festival & Parade Committee, City of Lorain employees, agents, workers, volunteers harmless for any damages, loss, injury.

NO REFUND *

I understand that I will not be issued a refund if I show up late and am not able to enter Festival grounds. As a food vendor I understand that I must be on site by 10:00am for fire and health inspections and that I must have my certificates and licenses visible for these inspections and festival staff. As a merchandise vendor or information booth I understand that I must be at festival grounds by 11:00am or I may have to carry all of my equipment in due to not having access to drive my vehicle into festival grounds.
